A two-year entry level trainee programme, MISE is open to fresh graduates across various disciplines! Trainees will not only undergo three job rotations but also receive 14 days of shipping education once every six months, at the Group headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. After successfully completing the programme, they are then offered a two-year expatriation opportunity in any business unit within the Group!
